The rings cost £22.99. Our personalised necklace designs cost £37.99, regardless of colour or number of initials. The current price and any offers are shown on each product page.

How much is delivery?

We offer free tracked delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Can I order to another country?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Can I receive the jewellery by a certain date?

How do I personalise the necklace?

For the necklace with two hearts, enter a name or text on each heart, up to 15 characters per heart. For the initial necklace, choose between one and three characters and enter one letter or symbol in each field. Check your text before buying.

Which ring size should I choose?

The rings in the collection are adjustable. Gently shape the ring for a comfortable fit and avoid repeatedly bending it back and forth.

Can I return personalised jewellery?

Jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised is excluded from the right to cancel. You can still report a fault if the item is defective. Read more in our returns policy.

How do I care for the jewellery?

Follow the care instructions on the product page. Store the jewellery in a dry place, avoid perfume and chemicals, and remove it before showering or bathing.
