Remove the necklace before showering or bathing. Avoid contact with perfume and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store your jewellery in a dry place. Keep the rose dry and out of direct sunlight. Do not water it.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom with free tracked delivery. We do not currently offer delivery to other countries.

Delivery information

Need your jewellery for a particular date? Contact us before ordering for delivery information. Personalised jewellery is customised with the names, initials or symbols you choose.

Your delivery address

Check your name and address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Whether an address can be changed depends on how far your order has progressed.

Delays or damaged parcels

If a delivery does not arrive, is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and include your order number if possible. When we arrange transport, we remain responsible for the item until you receive it. Your rights under UK consumer law apply if delivery is late or the goods are lost or damaged. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the order.

Cancelling a purchase

For jewellery that is not personalised, you have a 14-day right to cancel. This period starts on the day after you receive the item. You do not need to give a reason.

Clearly let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase using the contact form. Please include your order number, name and the items concerned so that we can find your purchase. Your right to cancel does not require our approval.

Personalised jewellery

Jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example with your chosen names or initials, is excluded from the right to cancel. Simply choosing a standard colour variant does not make a piece of jewellery personalised. This exception does not affect your right to report a faulty item.

Returning the item

Return the item within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Contact us for the correct return address. You may examine the jewellery to assess its characteristics and function. Any loss in value caused by more extensive handling may result in a deduction where permitted by law.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the item or evidence that it has been returned. We also refund any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. There is no fee for the refund.

If the jewellery is faulty

Your jewellery must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is faulty, contact us with a description of the problem and your order details. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction under UK consumer law. These rights also apply to personalised items and sale items. We cover necessary return costs for faulty goods. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy or by any guarantee.
